I have worked in the Health and fitness industry for over 20 years and have always had a passion for health and wellbeing. Starting out as a gym and studio  instructor, teaching a variety of classes such as spin, body pump, kettlebells and Pilates.
I then discovered Yoga and it’s become a way of life and has given me the tools to help myself and others through, yoga, mindfulness and connecting to nature.Between 2014 and 2015, I went to India to study my 200 & 500 hour teacher training. I returned and embarked on my yoga journey teaching group classes in health clubs and yoga studios around Essex.

I like to bring an element of fun and playfulness to my classes and encourage all abilities to practice . I’ve always had a passion for travel, nutrition and the outdoors and  have organised retreats in the UK , Portugal and Croatia.
I feel very lucky that I can  share what I’ve learnt over the years to help others on their yoga journey.

I Started  my early years as a performer, performing in musicals across the world for over 13 years. I then stumbled across yoga from having a car accident and needing to learn to train and rebuild my body & mind. I fell in love with yoga and the way it awakens you to life, so I felt the need to spread this spiritual outlook to other people on how to feel grounded and live life to its fullest. how to drop the anxiety of the future and remain in the present moments, so being a yoga teacher was the next step for me.
Lisa and I created a successful yoga school together with all the love and passion we had to share our knowledge to others and haven’t looked back since. We looked into hosting beautiful yoga retreats within the UK, having a connection with nature and feeling the sense of freedom.
I furthered my training in sports massage and personal training which I also enjoy on the side of being a yoga teacher, working within health & wellbeing feels like home for me.

I have been practising yoga for many years, and teaching Yoga to young sportsmen and women weekly for the past three years. I am classically trained in Hatha and regularly practise ashtanga and vinyasa. More recently I have been studying restorative yoga training with Sarah Ramsden, yoga teacher to premiership football clubs. I myself have benefited from Yoga for injury, mindfulness, strength and general wellbeing. In Yoga there is no competition, you can be yourself and find yourself.
